Thoughts requested re: GLASS Convention in Pasadena

Dear All,

My ministry (Bible in 90 Days) may exhibit at the GLASS Convention in Pasadena (http://www.cmtaconvention.org/) at the end of April. Just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with it, pro or con. And, if so, if you think it might be a good fit for hearing about The Bible in 90 Days. Any thoughts would be welcome.

Thanks!
Ted

Post Time Out Celebration

The five of us; Glenn Murray, Jud Riggs, Phil Oats, Larry Allbaugh and me, Don Nava (Coach), were supposed to fly back yesterday to Sacramento on a private plane but because of the weather we decided to drive back instead. So after saying good-bye to our Time Out brothers, we plied into the Monterey Plaza Limo for a short ride to Monterey airport to pick up our rental car. Our conversation during this short drive was all about what Jesus did during the Time Out Conference.

In true Glenn Murray style he comment to Nolan, our limo driver, that he probably never heard a conversation about Jesus before in his limo, Nolan agreed, he hadn’t….so I proceeded to ask him if he went to church, Nolan said that he does not go to church. I asked him if he was brought up with any religious upbringing, he said no. I continued my questioning and asked Nolan what he thought of Jesus, he said, I believe in God, Jesus, heaven and hell….so the next question was naturally, if he ever invited Jesus into his life to forgive his sins as Savior and Lord. Nolan said “no”. I asked him if he would like ask Jesus into his life right now…Nolan said “yes” he would….

So with my four brothers bowing their heads in the back seat and praying, I had the privilege of leading Nolan in the Sinners Prayer and ushered him from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light…..Now there were six brothers in the limo and not five….Information + Application = Transformation….Thank you Jesus for using us. We were so excited as we drove home that I don’t think our tires ever hit the road….Glory to Jesus!

So yesterday on the way back, I immediately called Time Out first timer Michael Sollazzo and asked him to call a Time Out veteran Jeff Taylor to see if Jeff would be willing to meet with Nolan and begin to mentor him. Jeff was thrilled to do and will begin meeting with Nolan tomorrow. This is what it means to say YES to Jesus!

Hey guys, pray for Nolan Womble and if you want send him an email of congratulations at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
